Shipping Costs

 

Deliveries with an order value of CHF 100 or more are free of charge in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

 

The delivery costs for orders under CHF 100 are CHF 10.

 

For deliveries abroad, you will receive a quote for the shipping costs, depending on the destination and weight of the goods.

 

 

 

Returns

 

Discounted items cannot be exchanged.

 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange duvet and pillow contents.

 

Unopened items can be exchanged (e.g., for color reasons) by returning them by mail or in-store.
